RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Before placing your order, please carefully read the following refund and return terms to ensure that the rights and interests of both parties are clearly defined.

1. Clearance Sale Description
   Due to the company’s long-term continuous losses, in order to reduce inventory pressure and thank customers for their support, we are now clearing out some items at a loss. All clearance items are sold below cost price, in limited quantities, while supplies last.
2. Refund and Return Policy
   Returns are accepted within 30 days, and refunds will be processed within 3 days. Clearance sale items generally do not support returns or refunds without a reason.

If there are quality problems, damage during transportation, or incorrect shipments, please contact customer service within 7 days of signing for the package to apply for after-sales service.

After verification that the conditions are met, we will provide a refund, exchange, or replacement service.

3. Return Application Process
   To return an item, please contact online customer service first to obtain a return authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Address

Please send the returned items to the correct address after confirmation by customer service.

Please ensure the returned items are in their original packaging and with all accessories intact, and include the order number for prompt processing.

5. Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, the company will cover or compensate for the shipping costs.
